The proximity to downtown is awesome, I can walk to any bar, restaurant, or shop in under 5 minutes. Rod is an amazing landlord that takes care of his tenants. If there is ever a problem or something needed to be fixed, he handles it same day or next day. I highly recommend vintage apartment rentals.
I lived in my apartment for 5.5 years and I loved every minute of it! Rarely did I ever have an issue, but if I did, Rod was always right on top of it and fixed it immediately!
