I found his appraisal style completely bias to Prince George's county. I told him about the heated floors in 3 bathrooms along with many other home details, down to $110 p/sq ft granite. He seemed very unmoved. I asked “If the home were in a home in Potomac, would you give value for the high-end granite?” he said “That’s Potomac.
