Bad customer service experience. I was instructed by my contractor to come here to pick out 6 outdoor lights, an above sink light and chandelier. Supposedly, he had been in contact with an employee about the availability of some of the styles of lights. Upon my arrival, some man condescendingly waved his finger at me and told me that I needed to make an appointment and dismissed me as if he was put off by a money paying customer.
