Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in the door. I only went to the spa but it was a wonderful experience. You should be proud of your staff and your facilities.

So I make my living selling mattresses and I must say, I have NEVER slept better at a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. They made me feel "at home"!!!
The Vinoy is among my favorite hotels in the U.S. Checking in feels like home and the service is Five Star at every level. It's in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, with beautiful water views and it's walkable to many restaurants, shops and museums.
Great historic hotel that is part of the Marriott chain.
As for the lobby its beautiful the rm not so much!
I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch there I have a new place to have lunch where no one can find me LOL
Great location, love the front porch area with rocking chairs and near Vinoy Park, excellent service and beautiful hotel!
