They make me feel appreciated!
The provider was extremely dismissive, egotistical, and down right down played every concern that I had. I felt like I had to prove every diagnosis that I have to him and even then that wasn't good enough. I have never been more aggravated or humiliated in my life. Not to mention the care plan that was uploaded to my portal contained no truth in the matter. Nothing that was actually discussed was noted. Just a bunch of lies. This staff and Dr are amazing. Even when I am a blubbering mess because I am in pain they are patient and always in a good mood. The Dr really cares. He spends time answering your questions instead of trying to rush you out like cattle.. I never wanted to go to him but my primary no longer took care of these things. I am glad I am here and I will not be getting another Dr for this. His staff and him are wonderful.
