Eve gave fantastic service. I was originally greeted by another employee and she was very short with me. Kept trying to get her attention to order food after I got my drink and she kept ignoring me. She got another guest his food and drink before I could even order food. Eve came over and took my food order and was very friendly and kind! Even talked me through some of the wine options and recommended a really good champagne based on what I liked about my first glass. Stopped by Vino Volvo (in terminal 2) and Eve made the beginning of my bachelorette experience so memorable! Eve was attentive, friendly and overall genuine. She had great wine recommendations and pairings! The overall interactions were exceptional service and kind. Thank you Eve for your amazing service.
Having spare time before my flight, I checked out the wines here and picked out a nice Vermentino bottle to purchase for home along with a to-go salad at Napa Street Market, which shares business with Vino Volvo. While I was browsing the other wines, one of the staff members walked up and took the bottle way. I guess they must have a problem with theft, but they need to either be friendly about holding it or redesign their floor so the bottles aren’t out.
