Very nice Rooms and resort
I really appreciate that this location doesn't have high pressure sales. Samantha was delightful as we checked in and we felt well taken care of instead of pressured.
First, we were not notified or given details of a jazz concert until we arrived. Upon arrival there was 0 parking and had to park on the street as concierge had left for the day. We were upgraded to a handicap room with extremely soft beds and dirty towels. If you want the most confusing showers, which they constantly get calls for. Come here please. The air conditioner is old and cant keep up with how hot napa valley is. It keeps shutting off and rooms heat up fast. So if you like warm weather. Perfect for you. Our room had... read more
