Five stars!!! – The BEST groomer in town!

Wonderful Place! – We have been taking our dogs to the Vinings location for the past 10 years and they have been nothing but friendly, helpful and kind to us and our dogs. They are golden retrievers and have a lot of hair but always come home looking beautiful. We have never boarded our dogs anywhere but when I have driven past the store at night the lights are on and someone is almost always there checking on the dogs.
Worst Customer Service and poor treatment of dog – We took our dog to VIP in Vinings 5 or 6 times under the strong recommendation of our vet. She is a small, 14-year-old dog who hates to be bathed and groomed, but we had a groomer in the past who did a wonderful job (unfortunately, that groomer retired). VIP complained from the beginning that our dog was difficult, and each time we would ask if we should take her to another groomer, but they said they could take care of her. VIP: where pets are very important! – I love VIP! I would highly recommend them to anyone. They put the welfare of the animals first no matter what. I worked at the Paces Ferry location for many years and witnessed first hand how all the employees treated each animal as if they were his or her own! You can rest assured knowing that when you leave your pet with them they will be loved, respected and cared for like they would at home! I will always trust them with my pet care needs!
Terrible Experience – We are very protective of our dog and visited VIP pets (Collier Location) several times before deciding to leave her there for 3 nights. We paid extra for her to have a private room. When we picked her up, we walked back to the room where she was staying and it was COVERED in urine. Her bed was soaked as well as all of her toys. We also took a down comforter which had been washed and was sitting outside the door (has obviously been soaked in urine as well). Our dog has NEVER gone to the bathroom in our ... read more
Worst Kennel Experience EVER – I boarded my dog for one weekend and had a HORRIBLE experience with the Collier location. My dog actually had physical wounds on him when I picked him up. He had multiple scabbed over, swollen wounds on his head. It took several calls to the manager to try to find out what happened, and the best response I received was that he must have bumped his head on his crate. Unacceptable.
