clean and friendly – They were so much friendlier than the last place we went. It was very clean, and reasonably priced. They were even willing to keep our dog after his grooming was complete since we weren't able to pick him up right away (at no extra charge). He typically doesn't like the groomers, but he really seemed like a happy guy when we picked him up.
Always friendly and helpful – We have been a customer since 1995. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. My dogs look and smell clean everytime. They take the extra time to file their nails sfter they are trimmed. Reasonable rates
Super professional – I met Colleen and Will today, grooming dogs at the Atlanta Humane Society. They were super professional, concerned about the animals and tireless. I will definitely use their services in the future with my own dog.

Exceptional quality of work – Recently I had the pleasure of using this service for my pets. The staff was friendly, experienced, and the quality of their work was exceptional. My pets came home looking and feeling great. I will definitely use them again.

The very best care – These guys/gals do a great job with my cats. Prices are reasonable, and I'm always confident that my babies will experience the very best care. The location is convenient - right beside Canoe.
They are wonderful! – I have been bringing my dogs to Colleen at VIP for years. She and her staff are wonderful and do such a fabulous job! You can really tell they are loving dog people!
