Consider before Renting The experience as a resident at this complex has not been a positive one in many ways. First, there is a problem with noise transfer between apartments-apartment noise can be heard above, side beside, etc.. Second, there is no security on site when issues have occurred needing attention. Third, many residents are not encouraged to follow complex guidelines of not disturbing other residents with noise at all hours of the night, with people coming and going all hours of the night. The Staff at the Veranda I would like to take this time to thank all the staff at the Veranda. I so love how friendly and helpful they have been to me during my time here. I was definitely upset that the management changed hands within two months of me being here but, I am so happy now that they did. I definitely see the difference in the management staff.
