My Home. I have no complaints! Good area, quiet neighborhood! Excellent communication with management and maintenance! Nice pool and workout room! Allows pets! 10/10 easily!
New Resident - Excellent Staff & Friendly Community I just moved in and the office staff was incredible in helping me through the move. I put in a couple of repair requests and the maintenance team hopped on it right away and made it perfect. If you live here, the staff will make sure your apartment is perfect. Also all the neighbors are very friendly and nice.

New Resident I just moved to The Veranda at Market Common and just attended my 1st resident party. The front-end staff and maintenance crew did an awesome job. The residents made me feel so welcomed, coming from out of state I didn't know anyone and I left the party with so many new friends. I'm so happy I chose The Veranda as my new HOME.
Fantastic staff. At veranda Savannah Julia Christine Amanda the staff in our office is the finest anywhere great professional service always. In edition joe heff Charlie always taking great care of our community. As do the ladies in the office. We feel safe cared for and appreciated a ten plus rating

Almost perfect We have lived here for one year and have enjoyed all the amenities the events. I feel the rent is fair. The property is beautiful maintenance keeps it looking very nice and clean. The ladies in the office are always planning great events for us. My only dislike is my neighbor's trash being left out for days in the hallway it leaks and smells.
Exceptional Apartment Community My family and I have lived here for over two years and have been loving every minute of it! The ladies in the office are awesome, they go out of their way to make everyone who lives here feel welcome and are always willing to help if needed. Consider before Renting The experience as a resident at this complex has not been a positive one in many ways. First, there is a problem with noise transfer between apartments-apartment noise can be heard above, side beside, etc.. Second, there is no security on site when issues have occurred needing attention. Third, many residents are not encouraged to follow complex guidelines of not disturbing other residents with noise at all hours of the night, with people coming and going all hours of the night.
