I wouldn’t advise this place for living. The new Management is horrible, Denise, however the assistant manager, Kelli, was always very helpful. I refuse to recommend anyone to this apartment community anymore. Moved in, everything was great, loved the people. Got my final notice at move out stating everything was great, then i receive another email stating i owe a lot more money than told. Management hasn’t reached back out after emailing them multiple times. This place is scamming people to pay extra.

My husband & I have been here 2 years at the MB Vinings. Absolutely love it. I've unfortunately lived in a variety of complexes and the Vinings at Carolina Bays well over exceeds any other place. The staff, mgmt, postal worker, janitorial services are delightful. I don't want to ever leave, unless they build condos or convert, then I would try to purchase our apt.
