Wow can I say what a huge S*** hole of a place, went to try turning in a trailer, called the number associated on the website, called and called and called, no answer, I just wanted to make sure I had a point of contact and someone I could meet when dropping off the trailer, and no one was around. Why does he even run a U-Haul business, worse place to drop off any equipment, especially the worse place to even try contacting anyone for assistance. 2801 W Main St was a better help for getting assistance with U-Haul.... No one at location during business hours, no one answering the phones, the site location looks like a trash dump, why does U-Haul even allow this place to store or rent out equipment, the yard is full of U-Haul equipment but no space for anything more. U-Haul needs to shut this place down and relocate there equipment to places where it's stored at a better looking location and has better customer service....just trash when you come here
This is a uhaul return location. It looks like a dump, no space to park, no one around durining business hours or ever answers the phone. We had to pull a 26 footer in with a car dolly, unhook dolly to turn truck around because they have junk cars in the driveway. Then hook dolly back up and drive to another location.
