Vinnie did a great job selling our house in Santa Clara. He took care of everything. He organized the work to update a few things like paint, lighting, and staging. We were able to stay in the house while it was listed. He knew exactly how to price it to get the most out of the sale. We got more than we wanted by quite a bit. You definitely need someone who knows how to play the listing/sale price game and Vinnie knows the market. We recommend the Brasil Group.

When I decide to sell my rental home in Santa Clara last year I wanted to interview three or four realtors. Vinicius Brasil was the first one I met and after his presentation I knew I wanted to work with him. He communicates well. He listens well. I liked his ideas and approach. He has really good contacts in construction so repairs were fast and reasonably priced. The staging was excellent. My home sold very fast and for more than I hoped. Vinicius is the best!

My sister and I recently used Vinicius Brasil to help us sell our mothers home in Santa Clara, Ca. He was very professional and efficient in helping us prepare and market the home. He had lots of great ideas for minor, (surprisingly inexpensive) remodeling that really made all the difference in selling the house. Vini has a great business model for preparing homes for sale that works. He did a wonderful job for us, I highly recommend him.
