There is nothing easy about moving with all the work involved and it can be an emotional time. All I can say is that Vinicius and his team made the process easy. He leads you step by step through all the paperwork. Marketing was great with multi-media exposure. His experience pays off when it comes to pricing. Vinicius was referred to us by a long time friend. We first me him at a community function. He started advising us a year prior to putting the house on the market. All I can say is wow! Vinnie was instrumental in getting me over the finish line when listing my Dad’s house. He came to take a look as I was trying to get it market ready. He took a load off my shoulder’s and had all the remaining work done in a couple of weeks. The house sold in a week and I had several offers over asking. I highly recommend him as a realtor.
