Bad customer service, brought in a bracelet for them to fix for my son, and it became loose within a few days, brought it back and asked them to fix it but they keep telling me it’s going to take hours when the first time it literally took them 10 mins. Not comfortable leaving my bracelet with them and them not even take my name down or anything. Straight scammers. Wasted money and now I have to find someone else to do a simple task.
