Let me tell you my story: 1. The first time we went there, they offered us a 1 bedroom apartment with garage for about 900$ with one month free. 2. Next day we came back to sign the contract, but they had rent that. They offered us another one, but more expensive. 3. Responsive Mgmt, Breathtaking View from balcony – I got a new job in Sacramento (downtown) but didn't want to live there. I searched all over the Sacramento area and decided on Folsom or El Dorado Hills. I was in a hurry as I was living in a hotel room temporarily. The two young girls (20-23yrs old) are drop dead gorgeous of course but also made me feel welcome. I took possession of the keys in 24 hours. Horrible Management – One would think that if you are renting an apt. in such a lovely area with such a high price the management would be more attentive to theire property and more attentive to their tenants. Their is always trash around the apts they never clean the stairwell, etc. Whenever I use the pool area their is gum, food and sometimes glass on the floor where most people would be walking around barefoot.
