So from bad to good with excellent turn around. All repairs are complete. There was a clear sign of a loss of communication between all parties, but the end result is the repairs are completed.
VPM is excellent at communicating for scheduling appts and keeping you in the loop with any issues/problems in order to get them resolved. Nice staff and payment portal is easy to use.
