Kerry has been pretty great to work with! I have just one rental property that Vineyard manages for me, but they still treat me like a valued customer! Like many other owners, I don’t live close to my rental property. Vineyard makes it possible- they handle everything! In terms of constructive feedback- they could improve by lowering turnover.
