Was a little surprised to be charged $50 on a first visit, having nothing but an exam/xrays and a clesn. Wasn't explained to me that one procedure wasn't covered by my insurance. In future I want to know if something isn't covered by insurance BEFOREHAND! However, barring this, service was exceptional and the employees are a delight!
Wendy is awesome! She was super understanding and put me at ease when I ran behind schedule. She has a great way about her.

A bit of confusion on Lorraines part about filling in a worn gap on right side of denture. It was understood at onset of this repair but she didnt remember it. She did a temp repair on the left side which was fine (until the lab gets the correct size part needed) Gap not being filled in, caused more pressure on left side and temp repair that was suppose to last 18 months, lasted about 18 hrs...

Vineyard Dental is wonderful! Caring staff, great environment and Dr. Perez is very friendly and great at what he does. I never experienced any pain. You can tell that they care about their patients. I would recommend Vineyard Dental to anyone.
