Great experience, as always.
I had a very good experience over all. However, the fact that I was encouraged to call to check on whether or not my crown arrived is disappointing. That fact puts me in the drivers seat, I am fine with that but it also makes me wonder if it has arrived rather than trusting it will be resolved in a timely manner regardless of whether I worry about when.

Lorraine was great. I had to come in for my first ever crown and I was a little nervous. She put me right at ease and the whole process was easy and nearly pain free. The temporary crown fit fine and I had no issues until my permanent one came in. That appointment went well also and my new crown feels good as the real thing. Thanks Dr Perez, Lorraine and team!
Kudos to Cindy who always is polite, friendly and gentle but thorough with my cleaning.
