Be advised. Most reviews are prior to the management change and prior to the management change I may have given the place a 3.5 stars as the reviews were accurate. (A 4 star would have been because of the property being more updated than others in Fairfield). The new management change has gone over very well. Ms. Foster is the new office manager and cares for the people who live in it and tries to ensure she is present for the residents. The new maintenance guy, wish I remembered his name. Very disappointed in the service here. It is impossible to contact anyone to begin with and when we finally did, we scheduled a tour for the following day only to find that the leasing office is closed and no one was in.
