Just had the most obscure circumstances unfold that I still cannot even process. After waiting for the doctor 20 minutes after my appointment, she came out, spoke to 1 singular female patient (2 other males were in the waiting room) and allegedly called out my name, when I didn’t answer or even hear for that matter she proceeded to take the female client who’s appointment was 15 minutes after mine. At this point I asked to cancel my appointment, i’m all for GP’s being busy and under the pump but just how the situation unfold... read more
Avoid this clinic at all costs. Booked a Telehealth here as it was the earliest Telehealth apt I could find since my regular GP wasn’t available for days and urgently needed a script and Dr attn. I waited 45 minutes with no call from the Dr before I attempted to call three times and were unanswered. it appears my calls were diverted (?) to their other clinic more than 100kms away from the city. Doctor never arrives on time. Also most reviews seem to be for an old business.
