Doctor never arrives on time. Also most reviews seem to be for an old business.
Not recommended at all
I had booked a phone consult today at 1615 and was waiting for 30minutes, have not received any call or a text regarding the status of appointment. I wasted my time waiting for the call, highly disappointed with the services and would never recommend to anyone else. My response after the owner’s reply- Being a doctor myself I know what is professionalism, don try to fool me or others.
Booked an appointment online for 1pm, double checked the opening hours and it said they closed at 5pm. Waited for my call for about 40 minutes and then called their number. Number took me to voicemail as it was out of hours. Very frustrated because they should not be offering appointments when it is not open. Have now wasted an hour of my life :( really poor form, please fix this. Edit: they called after an hour and a half and there were no apologises for the insane wait
0 stars! I had a very disappointing and suspicious experience with Dr Anuoluwa Esther Oladipo. I booked a video consultation, and although the call started, the screen was completely black and no one responded. I could hear audio feedback, as if someone was in the room, but there was no communication at all. I spoke multiple times with no reply. This experience has made me question the legitimacy and professionalism of this service. I would not recommend this clinic to others based on this experience. Waste of time!!
