This office is horrible. Not even 1 star. They charge $5 for a school form. Tell you it will take a week. They can’t find it when they do it’s not filled out because they don’t know what medication he takes. He takes one prescription medication . Asked for an apology and the office manager hangs up on me and tells my daughter I cursed at her in the office when I was sitting with my 4 yo grandson in my car.
