Worse gym ever. They charge you for so many unnecessary fees and none of them are listed on the contract. Don’t recommend them at all.
At one time this gym was great... back in the mid-1990s, especially. It's unfortunate how over the years it has gone downhill during the course of switching ownership / management. Things are falling apart and not too clean. Their pool is still nice but to pay $15 to use it for a few hours isn't reasonable when half of the flimsy chairs, of which there are few, are broken and unusable. Some of the staff are not very friendly, either. I can see why they've lost customers, myself included.
So is it Optimal gym or World Gym? Change your signage. The place is still dirty, no difference in anything accept a change of name. Its sad, because theres not many lifting gyms left, this being the most local, but in the worst condition make it that much more depressing. Watch for black mold to anyone whos looking to go there and make sure to stay on top of your account !!
