Nice place to live but they will try to RIP you off in any way possible. First I was told my rent was going to be one price, then when I went to sign my lease it was a more expensive price. They claim to pay you 250$ if you reccomend someone to rent here then dont pay. They tried to charge me a late fee when my rent wasnt late. After living here for a year & a half they are raising rent 150$ a month.
