Megan was very friendly and generous with her time. Due to a scheduling snafu, she came in on her day off but was friendly and outgoing from the first. The storage units have a lot of character because the building has a lot of character, as she described to me. The building used to be ovens and canning for fish. Vine Street Storage has been a phenomenal storage experience. They have great drive in access, ample amounts of (really smooth and large) moving dollys, and great service. Megan was sincerely a great help and super knowledgeable throughout, and they have great hours for any help you might need. Move in and out was seemless and we will be back!

I've had my personal belongings at Vine Street Storage for many years. Especially under the current management, they remain professional, accommodating, communicative and really give me confidence I have my valuables secure. I would highly recommend them. They are also conveniently located, have carts and supplies available, and are easily approachable!
