Gracious Urban Living at Vine Street Lofts! – I love living in Vine Street Lofts! The apartments are beautiful. My one-bedroom is spacious and bright. Annesa, the Property Manager, does an excellent job in a professional and friendly manner. She sets the tone for a building filled with pleasant people. The building is clean and well-maintained. Always doing their best to keep the place look great! – Better than being right on court ave because the nose is a lot less in this area, but still walking distance from skywalk, and many restaurants and bars, farmers market right outside the front door. You only get one parking spot per unit, so check into other ramps for parking price, and get one.parking on the street around the building is tricky, and has high traffic, since right in heart of Des Moines.in the summer the base ball field fireworks are right off back court... read more
