I’ve been living here for about 6 months , I love it here. Irma is the nicest person, makes my day every morning. Has the coffee area set up every morning, leaves the lobby smelling soo good.
Place is disgusting always dog poop and drug needles in the carpets of the hallways always has homeless people and drug addicts hanging out all over the property. I also caught a couple homeless people pulling on my car door since living here. It has been a nightmare they overcharge you for the little space and anything that can happen. The alarm goes off in the middle of the night and never goes off until the morning. I have lived at the Vine on 8th for nearly 4 years and love the staff (special shout outs to Philip and Irma who are among those that keep the place in good shape and clean...Philip is always on any repairs the same day and communicates clearly and well), the location and my apartment. It has IMPROVED since I got here which I think is pretty rare among residential spaces.
This review is solely focused on the cleaning maintenance I have witnessed in this building since moving in six months ago. I am impressed and grateful for how well Irma, the cleaning woman, has tirelessly worked to keep up with the cleaning demands of this large five-level building. It’s unfortunate that we have some tenants that are messy, NOT all, but enough that it is sometimes noticeable and frustrating.
