Bless The Lord. The Staff are awesome, very helpful. I had a issue and Miss Ada was able to help me get through it with no problem. Looking forward to this adventure.
Maintenance inside building, hallways, laundry, etc: done to the minimum. Only on Monday, a 2 ladies cleaning crew attempt to clean everything. Parking lot trash accumulates, staircases totally neglected even after mentioning it twice to them, since I started paying for parking (is additional $50.00) almost a year ago.. Cats also are a nuisance, (they’re cute, but..) few of them that live in the property next to the pool = I’ve seen them sharpening their claws with vehicle tires inside parking structure/ they jump on top of ... read more
Irma is Amazing!!.. She is super nice and very helpful at all times! In addition, my dog Freyja loves her a lot!! :)
I like to say the happy go lucky attitude like Erma in house keeping is awesome ........ she is always here to assist with anything she can and always here cleaning.
My experience has been Awesome here at The Vine on 8th. I'm very happy with my place Irma keeps it fresh and very welcoming She definitely goes above and beyond Thank you to all the staff
