Although I decided to not move into this property (opted in for a property closer to my job), I've had the most pleasant experience working with Ada. She was very accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process; if I didn't decide to opt in for a shorter commute I definitely would've chosen to stay at this property. It's close proximity to downtown is also a huge plus in my book (restaurants, bars, live entertainment).
I've been living here for 2yrs. Staying here has been great! Weekly pest control, up to code with fire safety. They are attentive to your needs and do their best to assist. They are great problem solvers. We have security at night. Someone always cleaning throughout week all floors (not inside the apartments), and we also have laundry rooms available on every floor.
Editing to bring back to the top because I’m feeling petty. The units at the front of the building !!!don’t get hot water!!! until about 9 AM unless you run it for 30-45 minutes first and there is apparently nothing they can do about it. I’ve told them I’m chronically ill and heavily rely on hot water but they are still charging me in full to break my lease.
