Love how this apartment complex has housekeeping everyday Ms. Irma keeps each floor smelling fresh we need more workers like Ms Irma.
The new management has made significant improvements, including removing the dumpster, addressing the roach problem, and upgrading the landscaping. Their proactive approach has clearly enhanced the living experience, which is why I extended my stay. I’m confident they will continue to improve the property by upgrading the swimming pool, utilizing the empty space between the parking garage and main building, and starting to shampoo the carpets. I have been at the Vine for about five months now… I have been impressed with their stellar service from day one… Right from the manager, assistant manager as well as maintenance and housekeeping and their brand new leasing agent Taylor, who recently helped me with an issue that I was having. I would highly recommend taking a look at this beautiful and well maintained property.
Someone posted a picture of a pile of cat food on the floor but it’s because the area has stray cats and some tenants help feed the cats. So if people leaving food for cats makes you uncomfortable then maybe don’t move here but it doesn’t bother me at all actually. Furthermore, the people who clean up, will clean up everything spotless the next day. Solid place to live with a solid location. New edit because I can’t post two reviews ;( I love Irma!! I’ve lived in the building for about a year now and my old review still stands so true! I transferred units (just for more sunlight, there was nothing wrong with my previous one) and there were a couple issues along the way, which was okay, things happen! What matters at the end of the day is that management, maintenance & Irma were all sure to sort things out to make sure I was happy! Thank you!
