It was my first time working with VineIT and their service was excellent. I had issues creating an account and accessing online platforms due to regional restrictions. It took a number of days for us to solve the issue however, Sarah Almakki, was so supportive, patient and very helpful. Would recommend their services.
We have been working with Vine IT for years and they have been excellent. We recently had James come out to the office to help us with several computer issues that had accumulated and to assist us with cleaning up our Network room. He did an amazing job! He was very patient with us as we went over the issues on our computers and he never explains his solutions in an overly techy way. He is always eager to help and his friendliness and expertise are unmatched!
VINE IT is amazing in every aspect of customer service! From great response time to on-site installations. James worked with us on a hard drive transfer with a new install, making sure all the info, apps, bookmarks, and shortcuts were all there, even with the saved passwords! James is wonderful with his care and dedication to what he does, along with his friendly and humorous personality! Vine IT is it!
