The maintenance technicians are friendly and work efficiently, but the process feels rushed. Additionally, he (not Jerry but the other gentleman) mentions returning to complete other tasks but fails to show up. I often have to call the office multiple times to resolve issues. The appliances have problems, and the replacements are often not new appliances or parts. In summary, the response is acceptable, the repairs are quick, but the outcome is rarely a permanent solution.
