It’s not up-to-date plus the units are super old
Absolutely amazing and kind and efficient and wonderful to always meet any staff member on the Vine by Vintage Apartments grounds and to always be greeted with a smile! They made me feel important, like I mattered and I really appreciate their whole team of employees making me feel welcomed and like a human wants to be made to feel...and I mattered whenever I came into contact with any employees as well as all maintenance personnel also. Just Applied At Vine by Vintage the Assistant Property Manager There at the Leasing Office Was Super Professional and Helpful in the Process. Waiting to Make Vine by Vintage My Home.
The pros: Jerry is a 5-star, really nice person and a super helpful maintenance guy..he makes sure to fix everything as quickly as he is able in one appointment (sometimes more than one thing needs repair). I trust him in my unit alone because he is honest and I know he won't let my cat out! Even though I give a 1-star rating, (Nothing in the Vines is 5-star), Jerry himself deserves 5 stars! Well I've been homeless..lost EVERYTHING..even my sanity for a minute. Then I accepted my " currently without shelter situation. I also excepted my accountability. I had to work really hard to get my life, and keys back on track, and going in the right direction. Wasn't easy..a lot of humbling myself. I finally succeeded, and rented this apartment in Lompoc.
