Dr. Rafla has been really wonderful! He has a great caring staff with him and they give such attentive service to the furkids. We have three cats and two dogs so it also helps that the prices are reasonable. I am so happy with the care he has given our pets!!
We are new pet owners and brought our 8 week old puppy to Vine based on a friend's recommendation. They did not disappoint! Dr. Rafla and his team were so friendly and thorough with our check up. He explained everything very clearly including pricing outlines and a schedule for future appts. Dr. Rafla is truly the best vet we have ever seen. We have had 4 dogs previously and lived all over the country so we have had to change vets often. He is so knowledgeable, takes extremely good care of our dog Benji and explains everything. His staff is also great, knowledgeable and great with our dog. Spread the word for the sake of your pets

Dr. Rafla is one of the most knowledgeable veterinarians I have met. He was thorough and made the effort to accurately diagnose my 7 year old Maltese who has suffered with a liver shunt since birth. She has had seizures for years and no other vet had put her on phenobarbital. It has totally changed my dog’s life. The staff at Vine is polite and loving toward my dog. Dr. Rafla and his staff are amazing; super sweet and gentle with our baby pit. He listened to our questions(no matter how dumb they might’ve sounded lol) and explained everything thoroughly!! They are very accommodating to our needs as well. Their office has everything and they give you choices with a range of prices, which is super convenient for us!!! I highly recommend!!
I had a great first-time experience at Vine! I'm new to the area and was referred to them, so I brought my dog in to get set up there. I was greeted by the friendly staff and was very impressed with Dr. Rafla's examination of my dog. He seems tremendously knowledgeable and educated me on things I never knew about the heart worm/flea medication my dog had been on for years!
