Love it there clean and friendly
Wife went in for Acrylic nail removal and came back with large divot taken out of her middle finger nail, incredibly red and sore fingertips and extremely thin nails. No acetone bath or any sense of customer care was present at this salon. She told me the ladies who had removed her nails did not listen to her after saying that the removal was hurting and she was in pain, and responded with, “ it’s not painful, it’s uncomfortable”
Hailey is the best nail tech there, she does mine and my sisters nails so good every time . Shes always busy so pro tip make an appointment or come early in the morning !! Tran the owner goes out of her way to make each experience great. They will go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of even when they don’t have availability for the day of tran will always be great to set up an appointment and she always answers calls to take appointments. I’ve been coming here for years and will never go anywhere else.
This place is terrible! Where are all of these positive reviews coming from? I thought this place would be great because all of the positive reviews, I was wrong! Not very clean. They sat me down to a dirty table with a used dirty towel. When I said something about the dirty towel, she picked it up and shook it onto the floor and put the visually filthy towel back down in front of me.
