Always a great experience! The owner Brian makes sure that you are getting the best price for parts by calling around to various suppliers & his long time mechanic Gene is absolutely the best. He knows vehicles inside & out. I’ve had my cars serviced there for over 30 years & though I moved 15 miles away I always return to Vince’s for repairs & service. Can’t say enough about how good they are.
I wish I could assign more than 5 stars! I've had two vehicles serviced at Vince's for the last couple of years - everything from oil changes to more extensive suspension work. I've always had the best experience. Prices are typically significantly lower than nearby chain shops (e.g., Monro) and the customer experience is fantastic. Excellent customer service, very prompt and friendly. The owner Brian couldn't have been nicer and answered all my questions about my brakes installment. Had my car inspected as well. Took just one afternoon essentially. Brian even drove me home and back twice and gave me some advice on where to get the best pizza! The cost of 4 new brakes with rotors included, the inspection, and the oil change/filter was reasonable, probably less than I would have paid at my dealership.
