My granddaughter and I went to Vincenzo's last night, excited to try a new Italian place. We were the only diners in the restaurant on a Saturday night, which should have been the first clue. Our salad's came about 30 minutes after we ordered but the entrees didn't come for another hour after that! Chicken Parmesan was way overdone and first batch of parker house rolls was burned. The bartender who waited on us (there were no waiters in sight) was very nice but that still doesn't excuse this type of service. We will NEVER go... read more
