The staff is amazing to start off with. Doctor Vincent always knows how to help me when i need it. As for the medical assistants, they are so sweet and helpful, they sure know how to get the job done for a wonderful doctor. I’ve read a couple of bad reviews but I don’t see the problem anywhere....they were so helpful and communicative at all times, the doctor always has time to go over my lab results with me which not all doctors do.
Long story , but I cannot believe that she has a staff who gave me such hard time to get an appointment and then told me a day before the appointment that I do not exist in the insurance network. I had to call my insurance to file a complaint.
My appointment was canceled an hour before the actual appointment and when I called to talk to someone and find out why/to reschedule, the lady I spoke with was one of the most rude customer service people I have ever talked to. I told her that my appointment was canceled and she said that's not her problem and that the clinic doesn't work for me
Called the Dr office to schedule an appointment front office said in these words “what is your visit for” told her I have been experiencing abdominal pain she quickly said oh there’s no appointment until next week today is 3-10 she wants to schedule me until the 19th! On top of that since I am a new patient she advised me to call her later since she’s busy so we can continue! Definitely changing my Dr!
Dr. Vincent is awesome. MA adrianna and the staff there is outrageously RUDE. They state they don’t have a manager to speak to?
