Dr Ruggiero performed surgery on my hand yesterday and I had a totally different experience than those below. He was knowledgeable, kind, funny - great bedside manner. He and his staff put me at ease within minutes of me arriving. He has a wonderful friendly attitude and approach. And he knows his stuff. Highly recommend him.
Goes into discussion & commenting on patients' other medical conditions when examining them for the first time (2-3 mins), while having absolutely no credentials, experience with or specialization in those, in the absence of points of previous reference, detailed medical records and with his back turned. When presented with irrefutable evidence pertaining to them, starts to mindlessly blabber, make lame statements and treat patients who suffered from those for years as if they were retarded imbeciles.
