I purchased glasses from Dr. Dagron’s office two months ago. After a month passed I went into the office to discover my glasses were ready but nobody bothered to call, and they were made with the wrong prescription. I had to convince the receptionists to check them after they tried to gaslight me into believing “they are supposed to be like that” A second month has now passed, still no glasses. I went and saw Dr. Dagron at the suggestion of my lasik doctor for dry eye as well- he was extremely knowledgable and helpful and had a really pleasant manner.
Unexpectedly excellent experience; Dr. Dagron took the time to review his observations with me, was patient also with my sensitivity to eye exams and showed an intuitive understanding of how previous Lasik surgery affected my present vision. Great customer service and glasses selection; they accept VSP too.
