My husband and I just had our Colonoscopies done 2 weeks apart by Dr. Muscarello at his Oak Lawn office. You couldn't ask for a more professional staff from the moment you walk into the office to the point of discharge. We were treated with kindness and compassion by all staff members. He immediately puts you at ease. His knowledge base is emmence. I have every confidence in his ability as a procedural and bedside doctor.
Dr. Muscarello was totally professional and thorough. He called before and explained, in detail, the procedure. The morning of, he spoke to me before... and he came in after and told me the results. I was very confident and pleased I chose him as my physician. I would recommend he to everyone.
Dr Muscarello is always thorough and explains things so you can understand . He is pleasant , always on time , and happy to answer all your questions. . His nurses and staff are always so nice . Dr. Muscarello is top notch !
Dr Muscarello and his staff are excellent. This was my second colonoscopy (1st was not with Dr M) but I heard so many good thing about him I had to change. His staff was helpful and courteous which was comforting. Dr Muscarello called me after my appointment was made and we talked about the procedure which I heard he would do and was amazed he did. The date of the procedure was great and I recommend Dr Muscarello to anyone and everyone This is not my favorite procedure but I would not go to anyone else.
Dr. Muscarello is the best. This is my 5th procedure done by him without a hitch. I knew ever aspect of my procedures from consult to aftercare. I highly recommend him to everyone.
SUPERB! A colonoscopy is not at the top of the fun things to do list. That said Dr. Muscarello makes it as easy as possible. He is professional, personable and attentive to each patient and his competence is without peer. Furthermore, the facility works like a clock. Each person with whom I interacted was kind, smiling and concerned for my comfort. Can’t say I’m eager to return but in five years I’ll be back.
