I love Dr. Vincent and the staff. I had a frightful pediatric dentist that almost ruined me for life. I called Dr. Vincent's office in Dec. 2011 to see it they would cover cleanings and x-ray's at 100% with my insurance. They took my information and said they would. Then I got a $240 bill because my insurance didn't cover it. I called them to ask about it and they said they don't cover it at 100%. They said they are sorry someone lied to me and then I asked to speak to the dentist and then they just hung up on me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. This office is horrible. They lie to customers about insurance coverage. They are crooks, trying to make money and set up as many appointments as possible without letting the customers know they they will not be covered.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I will absolutely return.
