I went in to get a gold chain clasp fixed and Mr. Vincent had it fixed in no more than five minutes maybe even less. He really cares about jewelry and I can tell he has been in the business for a long time. Very professional and always smiling I will most certainly be back for any other jewelry needs I may have.
