Called yesterday when our hot water heater finally died, they came out this morning and replaced it in less than an hour!! Very clean and quick, highly recommended!
Derrick came by to assess the job of shower repair the day I called, scheduled my plumbing repair almost immediately. He did a wonderful job of repairing my shower and fixing the other problems that revealed themselves when he got into the walls. Personable, and professional, he is a craftsman of the old school. I recommend him highly.
Wonderful company that I would recommend to anyone. Very quick responses, punctual, very professional, very friendly and knowledgable. They showed up early and cleaned throughout the process of repairing the leak. They locked the door behind them everytime they came back inside. I had basically no clean up to do after they left. And they recommended a carpenter to repair my wall for me. They seemed to have my best interest in mind and so happy I used them.
Terrible Experience
I called about a water pressure issue that we’ve had for quite some time. Luke was to our home within 30mins to take a look. His best guess was that it was related to the water main and gave me a recc of who to call. We’ll be using Goffredo in the future for our plumbing needs based on Luke’s swift communication and kindness!
