Jason was incredible! He arrived promptly per my appointment, explained & showed me what needed to be done and completed the garage door work resourcefully and commendably. The spring on our garage door broke and the door itself was barely hanging on. Greg was able to send someone to help remove it the day that called. Great prices and won't charge you any of these add on fees. Great communication and outstanding work. If you're looking for any garage services/repairs this is my new go to company.
My garage door would not go up or down. I had a good response from Vincent Garage Door Repair and tech arrived within the hour and did a great job. The problem was with the eyes of the door not being in alignment which was adjusted. Will also did a 23 point check for overall maintenance. He was very pleasant and efficient and explained everything he was doing. I would not hesitate to call Metro again. It was a good experience.
This is the second time I have used Vincent Garage Door Repair. Both times we had a technician at the house the same day. This last time the door needed to be repaired. It wasn’t working and they sent out a technician to my house to repair it.He was very courteous, helpful and very professional. He fixed the garage door and answered all my questions. I will highly recommend.

Once we decided to put in a new opener, which was my original plan, he proceeded with the installation in a professional manner. He carefully cleaned up after the work was done.
