Vince and his team always go above an beyond to make sure our needs are met! I've been with his agency for 9 years and they have helped me through it all.
They were great in the beginning but now they are very sloppy and need to get on top of it. Lately I’ve been calling every month because my bill keeps changing. Now I’m being charged an extra $40 for not having “multi cars” when every time I spoke to them for over a year my policy has been on its own!!! Petra said, “they just caught my mailing address to not have been the same household as it was previously,” when I’ve been having renters insurance on my own address since November 2018!!!!!!! UYER BEWARE!!!! If you own a business with employees and are looking for workers compensation quotes, Vincent Do will give you the lowest rate. It seems like a wonderful deal. Even my friends that own insurance agencies could not touch his rates! Awesome right? I AM SORRY I EVER TRUSTED THIS COMPANY! I don’t know how legal their business practice is. So, I will not post any accusations of them breaking the law until this is fully reviewed by my attorney and governing agencies. I can tell you my personal experience though....... read more
