Dr Depalma and Cody Dugger are the best. I took my mom to them over severe lower back pain that she had had for over a year and they told her she needed spinal fusion surgery to fix problem and let me tell you they were correct. They done her surgery on 12/15/25 and here we are 1 month after and she has 0 pain. They are wonderful and do care about there patients check on you often and answer any questions you may have. I just want to say that Dr. DePalma save me from a lot of pain and misery I would of had for the rest of my life because he took my case when no one else wanted to do it, even in Lexington. My spine was a mess, I’d had surgery years ago fusion on my lower back and last year my back fell over to the left and pinched nerves and fusion screw was through a disk. Now two months post surgery and my spine is great unbelievable no more pain aches and nerve burning. Best surgeon ever. Thank you Dr. DePalma for giving me my back back
Dr. Depalma did a wonderful job with my husband's surgery. He had spinal fusion surgery and 6 months out no more brace and he's walking so much better than before the surgery. We live 2 hours away from London and we are so happy to make the trip to a skilled Doctor who is honest encouraging and incredibly knowledgeable. We highly recommend Dr. Depalma!
As I am reading reviews on Dr DePalma. I can’t believe anyone would have anything negative to say about him or his staff. He is an amazing surgeon.. His staff is incredible. My Husband. Elmer Lowery has had 3 surgeries under Dr DePalma. He has always given us the best consideration and care that I have ever seen. Wow. Little bedside manner, just rush rush rush, longest appt lasted 5 minutes after a 2 hour car ride. Im sorry, the vm msge saying please do not leave duplicate msges is maddening because everyplace I call they give me a different nmbr for his office yet the hospital still picks up call & Encourages duplicate messages. I'm in constant pain, unable to do for myself or my family. I've been trying to reach office since last friday, its now tursday. No msgs or call back.
