His fellow was good however the Dr made me feel like I needed to speak very quickly and when it was determined my case was too “rare and complicated” he was not really interested in entertaining questions, said he would call my old surgeon and told me to make an appointment with someone else and left. Dr. Arlet fused my back 20 years ago. Since then I am fully functional with no limitations and NO PAIN.

I saw Dr Arlet after my first discectomy surgery failed. The initial surgeon said “well, we need to do a spinal fusion now.” Dr Arlet listened, consulted his colleagues and came back with a great plan. That was years ago and I’ve had no pain. P.s. don’t forgot how important physical therapy is to your recovery!!!
It was like flipping a switch and my severe pain was gone. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Arlet and all the personnel at Penn Medicine.
