Dr Gassen’s office reached out three times up to the evening before our appointment to verify and confirm our appointment that we waited six weeks for. The morning of our appointment we get a call that our appointment has been canceled with a phone number to call to reschedule. Upon calling to reschedule, we were told that we could be seen in another six weeks. We took off time from work to make this appointment. What an ass hat. Dr Gassen is extremely through in the examination and very knowledgeable about special conditions regarding cross linking. I would recommend him to anyone that has more complicated conditions
