Vincent is a new American bistro...with a strong dutch accent. It is our goal to source our produce from local organic farms whenever possible...to use sustainable fisheries, and humanely raised meats. We are BYOB friendly - $5 corkage fee per bottle - and also offer a great selection of wine, beer and spirits.

The very best, silkiest chicken liver mousse I've ever eaten. Served with buttery (read fattening) sourdough toast and cherry moutard. Swoon-worthy. Loved the decor and the servers and service were top-notch; friendly and professional. We'll be back soon.
