Local reliable News Been an accomplished business for decades.
Hard to get in consistant contact with. I understand how running a newspaper can be busy, but if you expect an answer from a customer because of your deadlines, then it is very important to be promt in responding yourself! Also, after corrections were sent in to be made and proofing a correct version to be printed...the paper was still printed wrong!!! No paper delivered on Saturday, July 6. Will have to wait until Tuesday to read about any news from Friday!
Obviously the editor doesnt care about keeping Knox county residents informed with local news. Why would a newspaper in a town the size of Vincennes publish only 5 days a week? A death or other event happens Fridsy or Saturday is not announced until Tuesday publication. By then the person could be buried before the death is even announced.
We are not getting our paper daily. Have not gotten one last 2 days. since they started delivering by mail delivery there are at least 1 or 2 days a week we don't get paper. I know we aren't supposed to get a paper on Monday and am not expecting one on that day. Very frustrated....
