I could give a 0 I would! On a Friday night a family member broke a collar bone, wrist, and vertebrae. She had surgery on Saturday. Dr Lands did not have the supplies there to cast her. He would be back the NEXT day. On Tuesday, he never had shown up. I called and left a message that she was accepted to Rehab but could not go until the arm was casted. He Tuesday evening but she was in the restroom so he LEFT! Wednesday afternoon the transport to rehab came and he said he would go there to cast her. Finally she got the cast b... read more
The man is a phenomenal doctor and surgeon. His team and the trauma team at North Oaks saved my life when in a serious accident. Very informative, down to earth and professional. I’m 7 months past my accident and have my life back. Thank you Dr Lands and all at North Oaks!!!
