Your staff was extremely unprofessional and the casual use of vulgar language was downright offensive. I hope to never encounter anyone from this business or their staff. Would never recommend.
Would provide lower rating if was possible. Rude employee representing the company. Using expletives in public when children are present just because you are in a hurry is not a good look for the business. Would not recommend or use these folks for anything.
Will not respond to phone calls, messages, visits to their address or the online "contact" form. My efforts were duplicated by my spouse because I was not able to get any response. I have, however, passed their trucks in traffic with ladder and all. It is extremely regretful because I live in a beautiful historic home in an area popular with tourists.
