I have been seeing Dr Villeda for a little over a year. I have found him to be very knowledgeable and attentative to my concerns. His staff has always been helpful ........addressing any issues I have had with my prescription insurance , scheduling appointments with my specialist. One pleased patient.
Very pleased with my experience
I have been seeing Dr Villeda due to elevated blood pressure and he has been able to get me on a regime of medications that finally has me with normal bp readings. Great physician , staff goes above and beyond to help with insurance issues for my medication. I have found my permanent physician
Recently switched to Dr VIlleda when my doctor retired and my husband and I are both extremely pleased with the doctor and the staff. We would recommend Dr VIlleda to family or friends
Terri the office manager or the one that is supposed to schedule your appointments for you is the reason i will never go back or recommend this office to anyone else. ever since she has been there i have had to go into the office to make an appointment because she wouldn't answer the phone or return a voice message. will not let you speak to the nurse if you need. and will not help you with a receipt or bill. I have been going to his office for years now and because of her i will not go back.
A one way street - you give - he takes - Posts the following signs in exam rooms "Do not confuse your [up-to-date] Google search with my [outdated 20-year old] Medical Degree"
I saw Dr Villeda for the first time since he went private practice and I was treated very well. My wait time was less than most offices. The doctor and staff were both professional........I was examined, had blood work and the nurse called me the next day with my results. I had some questions and later the same day I was able to speak with the doctor to address those concerns. I will be returning here as needed because the doctor seemed to genuinely care about my concerns.
I've had many doctors between my time in the military, and traveling the world. But this doctor is hands down the worst I've ever had. Expect to wait no less than 45 minutes AFTER being triaged, and say in a room. Then, expect him to spend less than five minutes with you; he won't be asking toy for any input or satisfactorily address any other concerns you have. And as other reviews have started, his staff is on par with the customer service you'd expect asst a gas station at 2am.
Dr. Villeda is very knowledgeable and up to date with medicine. He spends time with you, really listens and is thorough with you as a patient. He is kind, caring and compassionate. He’s very reliable. He is well experienced and has treated a multitude of my health problems. His staff is friendly, kind and competent. He and his staff will go the extra mile.
